All our items are delivered based on the total weight of the items purchased. Our shop will total any items from the different categories and suggest the cheapest option. We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. In some instances low stocks may cause a short delay in delivery, however we will notify you to inform you of any delays.
For Small orders we charge 3.25 to £3.99 for mainland UK & N Ireland delivery.
Medium Orders we use a parcel delivery company and your items should arrive within two workings days the charges are determined by weight from £9.50 to £16.99 for mainland UK & N Ireland delivery.
Bulk Orders up to the value 20Kgs we charge £16.99 for mainland UK & N Ireland delivery.
We do offer a next day delivery service for items required for the following day the cut off time for next day is 1pm.
Offshore, Scotland & Ireland, delivery is dependent on the product & your exact location please contact us via email or on (02392 503 690) to discuss delivery options.
Any orders that have a value of more than £900.00 will not be accepted via the website please contact us directly to discuss delivery.
Returns & Refunds
For all returns and refunds please contact us via email or phone (02392 503 690). Our returns policy is governed by our terms and conditions, please refer to our terms for information about our returns schedule. If you require an item to be returned. Please first contact us via the above methods quoting your order number & description, price paid and when you purchased the product. We will provide you with a returns number, which you will be required to display on the returned package along with a copy of your original invoice.
Damaged in Transit
Any deliveries that arrive damaged are FULLY covered, however you will need to report the damage to us either via email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the packaging is damaged & you suspect the goods are likely to be damaged inside, please sign for the delivery as damaged & report the damage to us immediately. Any damages not reported within 24 hours will not be covered- this does not affect your statutory rights & any product that develops a manufacturing fault will be covered in accordance with the manufactures warranty.
